Our computer crashed in June so we got a new one ( windows Inspiron 530). A couple of days ago I decided to try to get itunes back. Every time I would download itunes a message would come up saying:
"The Windows Installer Service couitunes 8.0 download for windowsld not be accessed. This can occur if you are runnung Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personel for assistance."
So i downloaded itune 5.0 from a disc that came withitunes 8.0 download for windows one of my iPods, and it downloaded fine. But then when I tried to purchase a song it asked me to download itunes 8.0, and the same thing happened all over again.
HELP!
Do you have windows xp? If u dont i cant answer ur question
