I got a new bb storm but it wont be reconized on my computer. Usally on my old storm once i plug it in everything would pop up now nothing. reinstall rhapsodyonly thing of my old phone is the media sync icon and it does nothing. Rhapsody wont even reconize it even when it is connected. It like it reinstall rhapsodydoesn't do anything?
You will need to re-register your new phone with the software, but you shouldn't need to reinstall the software
