Hello well Im 31 weeks pregnant and finding it difficult sleeping. I can handle the getting up to go to the toilet 6 times a night but its just once Im up my mind switches on like a light bulb and cant switch it off!! My partners snoring doesn't help either! I have a pregnancy pillow and sleeping pillow ist but need something more! Help!!!
Unfortunately there isn't really anything that will help you sleep, if there was believe me I would have found it by now after 3 pregnancies!
Just try and get as much sleep as you can whenever you feel tired, whether it be during the day or late in the evening, I dont know how easy this would be for you....if you have other children, work etc... but just try and get as much rest as possible

lol, that sound likbetter sleep during pregnancye hell. What you should try is getting a memory foam matress. Also there are special memory foam pillows for pregnancy.
and there are snoring meds that actually work.
I know the feeling!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even down to the snoring!
Unfortunately I havent found a cure for this insomnia in pregnancy either.....apart from try and get as comfy relax and hope you drift back off lol!!!! xx

i sleep on 沙收 when i get to 30 weeks as i can`t sleep try that
It's not fun.
A little tip though...don't wake your partner...they don't appreciate it. I found that out when I decided if I was going to have to be awake then so was he. Never ever again.
Try reading..or something that you would do if ybetter sleep during pregnancyou weren't pregnant that would normally help you sleep (although stay away from alcohol etc...you still are pregnant haha).
It can be very uncomfortable, but you haven't got too long left.

Towards the end of my pregnancy my husband was on the couch. Believe it or not, but the lack of sleep during pregnancy gets you ready for the lack of sleep when your baby is born. Keep the room as dark as possible and don't turn on lights (or too many) to go to the restroom. Good luck!

Try sleeping on the recliner or the 沙收. Trying differnet places has helped me sleep better. Good Luck!
try a light snack or drink some warm milk i' 38 weeks pregnant and this always help , try resting in the day if you can .
