I have reviewed the setup in "tools" and it all looks correct. I use Sprint Smartview which I updated this morning anwindows mail reviewd I am able to go online - the only thing not working since I restarted my system is my ability to download email on windows mwindows mail reviewail.
Please go to internet options and delete all cookies and offline files. You should be able to access your mail as usual.
