They are considered hispanic, and yes from my exnew areperience they are (most) are womanizers and love to stare in groups with their buddies at women as if they have never seen an attractive woman before. But notnew are just in New York, their everywhere and that is everywhere.
Cubans are Hispanic/Latino and it's very immature to generalize an entire culture.
